Project Management

Casne's Engineering Services Group confidently supports hundreds of projects every year. No project is too small or too big. While the core of our business is acting as principal on design and construction projects ranging from several thousand to multi-million dollars, we also provide consultant project managers for public and private sector organizations.

Casne Engineering has provided engineering services in the electrical, power, controls, automation and instrumentation areas and, as a result, have encountered numerous challenging projects. Assigned to each project is a dedicated Project Manager with years of industry experience. Our Project Managers diligently review every aspect of a project plan to ensure the highest level of quality. Carefully monitored, each project phase and project task is analyzed to mitigate risk for possible schedule and cost impacts.

Our experienced Project Managers have successfully assembled teams of engineers required to meet the demands of complicated projects. Where the project requires immediate solutions, we are flexible in adjusting workforce needs. To maintain staff continuity, we have automated our resourcing methods and can dynamically shift our teams when necessary.

Our varied industry experiences make Casne uniquely qualified as an engineering firm to handle highly complex engineering scenarios.
